Changed my address but it hasn't changed delivery address

I am moving house and so have updated my address on Paypal. I placed an order and paypal have given the correct billing address but given my old address for delivery. I can contact the supplier but how do I change it with paypal please?

I'm sorry you're having trouble updating your address. Once you've made a purchase through PayPal, there isn't a way to change the address for that transaction. You'll want to have the merchant refund the transaction so you can repurchase with the correct address. To update your address on PayPal, I recommend referring to our Help Center article: How do I add, change, or remove a street address on my PayPal account?
