I already submitted some docs (TIN ID & Marriage Contract) for my last name to be changed. I couldn't transfer money from PayPal to my Gcash since the last names are different. How will I know if the status or if they would change? Hope somebody helps me.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
