I am trying to log into my paypal to receive some money that someone sent to me. It is asking to send me a code through WhatsApp as the only option. I dont have WhatsApp so I dont know what to do.

Sounds like a scam to me, paypal don't send codes via whatsapp.
If you can give more details then we could advise better but in the meantime do not send any item or funds to anyone.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
