I am sorry to know you're facing an issue while sending crypto because there is something wrong with your phone number. Please be informed that it is not possible to take any action on your PayPal account without a mobile phone number attached to your account. If you have changed the phone number, you will need to update the phone number since, there is an issue while doing so, the best way to resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options.
