Can’t reply to message from PayPal

Hi, i received a message from PayPal but when I try to reply, either in the app or browser, I get ‘There was a problem sending this message’? Any help appreciated.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

@kernowlass thanks for your reply. I am trying to respond to a message with a query that PayPal have sent me from a specific department. There is a reply box at the end of the message. The options you have suggested would not be a reply to the query or to the department.

Yes, originally tried to reply on iPhone app, then iPad app then browser. Also tried again today to no avail.
