Can't login in any way possible

I'm going insane trying to login in my second PayPal account.
Steps:
1. I use my correct email and password, and I know they are correct beacause if I type the wrong ones the system wont let me proceed to the two factor authentication.
2. I put the correct 2FA code, and I know it's correct cause if I type the wrong one the system tell me that it's wrong.
3. I receive this error: "Spiacenti, accesso non riuscito. Per assistenza, contatta l'Assistenza clienti o prova ad accedere di nuovo." or "Sorry, login failed. For assistance, contact Customer Support or try signing in again."
So I obviously tried to use the Forgot Password, maybe something change! Spoiler: Nothing change
When I put the mail the system respond with a: "Spiacenti, non è stato possibile confermare che sei proprio tu." or "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you".
WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN!?
I tried calling: No response
I tried login: Error
I tried recovering: Nothing
I can verify my identity in every possible way: mail, call, sms, 2FA, homing pigeon goddammit
It was a new account so I'm ok to even purge it. JUST LE ME DO SOMETHING

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
