Can't log out of desktop version

Using latest Chrome browser on a laptop:

Upon completing a custom statement, any choice I make subsequently from the top menu bar (account, activity, etc.), particularly LOGOUT shows an error page ("No Activity"), preventing logging out, which is a security risk. If I press the back key, I see my account is still open on the browser tab.

I must close the tab, reopen (I find myself still logged in which means more security risk) and then when I choose LOGOUT, it appears to log me out. I closed the tab and ask for a new login screen and it appears that I am logged out because I have to re-enter my login information. But this still seems very insecure.

Help! I can't find any developer information to send this to for resolution.

Thank you.

Did that - it didn't help. Issue recurred today.

I just need to log out before closing tab so no handles are left dangling for hackers.

I don't see phone # to talk live w/customer service so I'm going to let this go, though don't feel it's resolved.  Thanks anyway.
