Can't change name

I created my account back in 2012. Now after multiple issues with bank, I want to change my account name to use my complete name and in UPPERCASE. But everytime i uploaded my id and documents, PayPal said unable to process. I'm not married nor do i have deeds poll. What can i do?

You can only change the paypal account name if there is a 2 character minor typo or spelling error OR for legal reasons eg marriage or divorce etc.
