Can't change my name once in business account journey

I started changing to a business account and noticed that my full legal name is not registered with Paypal. It is Alex instead of Alexander. I tried to login to Paypal to change it but I keep getting put back into the business account journey. So I'm stuck I can't finish the business account journey because my legal name is not registered and I can't change my name because I haven't finished my business application. Anyone got any ideas on how I can get out of this loop?

I'm sorry you're having trouble updating your name. You may be able to update your name by following the instructions in our Help Center here: How do I change the name on my PayPal account? If you're unable to update your name by following these steps, you can contact Customer Support on Twitter by sending DM to @AskPayPal or a PM on Facebook by going to facebook.com/PayPal. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
