Applying for business loan. Form will not accept my phone number.

I live in South America. My phone number has 11 digits. The form for applying for a business loan only accepts 10-digit numbers. I have tried applying several times.

I receive invitations daily to apply for a loan. I have written PayPal on two previous occasions with no reply. I have tried calling, but do not have time to wait over 20 minutes for a reply, and then reach someone who doesn't know how to help me.

That's my problem.

Do you mean you live in the USA but in the south OR you live in a South American country?

I live in South America. When I'm in the USA, I live at my address in California. I am currently in South America. I only have a S. American phone number.
