Anyone with any idea on how to proceed, i tried to upgrade or remove the transaction limit on my account by attaching a new card. I added the card to paypal and I got debited, i was suppose to supply a 4 digit code that comes with the transaction on my bank statement, I have the transaction reflecting on my account but not with the 4 digit code required to proceed. Please what can i do from here.
