Account closing and opening new one with same email.

If I close my account and open a new one with same email will payments and refunds that i previous had set up to go to the old account, go to the new one since its the same email?

I am sorry to inform you that once you close the account and open a new account with the same email address, the transactions and refund details will not be transferred to the new account even if it is created with the same email address. If there is an refund pending in the old account, it will be processed to the same funding source from which the payment was taken.
