withholding money

Hi, i have been having a problem getting my funds from paypal. My brother owed me some money so transferred it from his account to mine. It wasn't for goods or services, yet paypal are holding it. Everytime i email them they just send an automsated response. It's my money but i cant withdraw it, what sort of bank are they...

Give them a call.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account prob and phone the number given.

When you get through don't say or select any options just hang on till you get through to an agent.
