When I click on the button to view account limit, it waits a few moments and then just returns to the home page

Yep same here, think it means that there are no limits.

If you have your bank account linked to your paypal account then you should not have limits.

I thought that meant that there's no limit to what you can send.
I want to know what the limit is that you can hold in the Paypal account that people have sent to you.
