I started with paypal 4 years ago and didn't get around to verify my account, now i have reached my limit and they are looking to stop my account. I do not have bank statements from 4 years ago! Is it possible to get them to resend it? I have tried the help but no joy. Any help appreciated!!
As the deposits were sent so long ago I would advise that you remove your bank account off your PayPal account and then re-add it. Once it has been re-added it will allow you to have the two deposits resent to your bank statement.
To add a remove your bank account please click on your Profile tab on the right hand side of your account overview screen and then click on the my money section.
