Im having serious issues with paying for anything now with my paypal account. My account has been verified for donkeys years and everything else paypal have asked in the past I have done. I cant find any sending limit details on my account and on the verify bank account screen it tells me I can spend as much as i like!! When i try the lifting limits screen it only includes my receiving limits, There is nothing but green ticks all over the other screens on my account overview so what the **bleep** do i have to do???!?!?!?!?!?!?
