raising my withdrawl limits

Recieved email saying:

Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now
withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account.

But I havent requested to do this. Can someone confirm this is an automatic thing as concerned someone may have requested it on my behalf fraudulently as may have access to my account.

I've just had the same email and quickly dove into my account and removed my card since I not requested any limits to be raised.

May be nothing to worry about but when I get email with a subject line of "You have successfully lifted your PayPal withdrawal limit"

Especially when I have done nothing at all I get a little jittery.

Forwarded the email onto spoof@paypal.com as suggested in another thread.
