I've just had the same email and quickly dove into my account and removed my card since I not requested any limits to be raised. May be nothing to worry about but when I get email with a subject line of "You have successfully lifted your PayPal withdrawal limit" Especially when I have done nothing at all I get a little jittery. Forwarded the email onto spoof@paypal.com as suggested in another thread. A.
