no refund after confirming my card

I attached the card to paypal account and after that paypal took 4lei +6lei from my credit card. The code appeard instantly in my internet banking account and i confirmed with the 4 digit code,but now more than 24 hours past and no refund.

up to 30 days to refund money that they take instantly but can't refund them instantly? should i expect paypal take other money too?

and why does it appear status : denied in the transaction detail?

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here.

@andrei_zx That sounds like a recent payment that you attempted was denied by your card issuer.

If I'm right, I'd encourage you to contact your card company and speak to someone who deals with online payments to find out why this payment was denied
