Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!

In situation when you deliver items online, as a proof of delivery you can provide any proof showing that the item has been successfully sent to the user e.g. copy of the email sent to the user or your database log showing that you’ve sent the item to the user’s account.

Please provide the details as soon as possible to allow review.
