i had a warning my limit was getting close with just over £500 remaining, so i followed the steps to lift the limits.
it said it would get back to me within a few days, it took over a week. i never had an email back or message and now it's changed to being limited, and i have £0.00p remaining.
i went back to the lift option, it wanted some photo i.d. again only, the adress on my drivers licence is different than my updated new adress, is this the problem?
any help would be greatfull
