Hi,
I am quite new to this. I went throught the process to lift my limits, the 2 amounts of money transferred into my account and so on but now paypal say they need me to fax photographic id and proff of address to lift the final limit. The proof of address is not a problem but i have no photographic id as i do not drive and my passport expired a couple of years ago and i havent renewed it. Is there any other way i can verify this?
Thanks in advance.
Martin

Martin i think there is an alternative to photo id/driving licence etc. Isn't there another option on that page where Paypal call your landline number at your registered address ? It asks to call now or in one minute. It's an automated call and you are given a pin number online to enter.
That's what i had to do.

Hi there marting123,
If you do not have a photo ID such as a Passport or a Drivers Licence we can accept a Birth Certificate as an alternative.
Along with the Birth Certificate however we will need a government issued document which has been sent to you in the last year, for example a tax certificate/letter.
Hope this helps!
