hold on my account

i have recently opened up a shop on ebay and have been selling items of clothing. i have sent all of the items that people have paid for but i can not access the money as it says there is hold because i am a new user. it says that paypal can hold the money up to 21days or if i get feedback then the money will be released. i have messaged all the people i have sent items to and only a few have laft feedback so i still have a big chunk of money on hold! i am paypal verified aswell so i don't know what else i can do to access the money!

Hi there vickikinnear01,

It sounds like these are holds sometimes placed on funds received by new sellers.

Your funds will be released within 24 hours from when one of the following occurs:

• The buyer leaves you positive feedback
• 21 days pass without a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal being filed on the transaction
• You provide a tracking number which shows that the item has been delivered over 3 days ago

If you have received feedback and your payments have not been released then email us directly and we can release these payments straight away.
