can i add a UK address to a US paypal account?

I want to send a book to the UK as a gift from the book depository , but when I check out it automatically uses my paypal address. Paypal won't let me add any non us addresses is there anyway to add a non US address?

Usually you would have an option to add a gift address if needed.
