account verified 5 years ago but now beig asked to verify again - says I'm a business but I'm not -

On 24th March I was told my account would be permanently limited if I didn't amend and check my information by 21st June, as Paypal couldn't lift a receiving limit on my account. I did all the verification stuff about 5 years ago.

The email told me to log in to my account and I'd be guided through the process but when I logged-in, there was no process flagged to help me do this.  I contacted customer support on 24th March to ask for help but didn't receive a reply until 19 days later    The reply today  says I've got to go to my profile and check my business details and if I'm not a business, then I should select "individual" from the drop-down menu.  I’m not a busines.  I logged into my account and there's now a guidance screen option but instead of saying the time limit to do this is 21st June, it now says 7th May!!!   I went to the correct section on my profile and went to chage it to non-businesss but that's not an option offered, so  I selecetd "individual".  The problem with that, is that it then asks you to select what amount covers your weekly and monthly income, asks  you where you sell and then asks you to select what category you sell in.  So, I can't legitimately select "individual" because I don't sell.  Am I being asked to lie?

Please can someone help?

Hey there HelPar, the step you are describing above is a “Know Your Customer” step that PayPal are obliged have you fill out. It does sound like the “Individual” step is best suited to you. I believe the question that you see refers to how much you spend or receive and in what category. Please respond here and let us know how you got on with this issue.
