account limited/restricted help?

i really not sure how to fix this, checked my paypal today and its telling me i have 135 days to fix the problem or my account will be restricted.

Seems im getting close to my spending limit for the year, i dont have a business and this is the only way my other half can send me money towards my home and our child as he lives in usa and im in the uk.

i dont have a passport or a drivers lincense so im not sure what ID i can use to fix my account, i cant seem to find the page showing me the paperwork i can email ..i keep looking but cant find it.

i really need my paypal account to be fixed and not restricted, even more so with christmas coming up and needing to get my lil one gifts from his dad. im getting worried about this as i need it fixed but no clue how to do it, please help me 😞

Firstly there are other ways he can send you money, look into moneygram or western union. I used these methods when my son was globe trotting and ran out of funds on a way too regular basis !!

Secondly why not contact paypal customer services and see what the problem is with your account and how you can sort it ??

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

ive not heard good things about moneygram or western union, seems they are not as secure as paypal would be and others having alot of trouble with them and most online stores dont accept them  as much as paypal.

as far as i know the issue with my account is i am reaching my limit for the year and would need to send ID to them to prove my id, but i dont have any photo ID, no passport or drivers lincence so i dont know how i can fix that without having photo ID atm :<

i will try to call them tomorrow if i get the chance and see if they will accept anything else or can help in other ways.
