Dear all,
I opened a PayPal account in Albania and added later a Visa card from my Luxembourg bank account.
I can make payments (I have actually bought two times online) but I cannot receive them.
My PayPal account reads: "
Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money
As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders.
Your account cannot receive payments. To receive payments, set up your account.
"
When I click on "set up your account", I am redirected to my profile and that does not help. I cannot set up my account so that I can use it to receive funds and not only to send!
When my clients try to pay me, they receive this message: "Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds"
My emails and Visa card are both verified.
I am living in Albania, have opened my PayPal account and registered it with an address in Albania and am using a Luxembourgish bank account to make payments.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,

Your visa card billing address should match your physical address to be able to verify your paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

thank you for your reply.
I understand that but there is no reason why I can pay but cannot receive any payment.
Also, there is no reason why the link does not work and it redirects me back to my profile.
I did not enter any address regarding my Visa Card. I wasn't requested to do so.
I had verified my email, yet paypal said that I hadn't.
I think that there is much more to it than just 'the addresses matching'.
