I have added my bank account to my paypal account, and received my two deposits and then entered them in to the paypal system. Apparently the figures were wrong, I checked and typed them again, wrong again, and checked a third time, now the bank account has been blocked and has disappeared!! What have I done wrong and how can it be solved? Do I need to go through this process again and if I do will I just get the same problem!! I need my limits lifted ASAP!!!!!!

Hey there guys,
If you enter the random amount wrong 3times the bank account will be removed from your PayPal account for security.
If you contact PayPal customer service they can help you re-add the bank account. You will have to request a new set of codes. When these show, try to enter them once even twice, and if they don't go in, call us again before you disable the bank account again.
As the random deposits take a few days to show on your bank account statement, it is important to only request the amounts once. This means that there is no confusion in what amounts to enter. If you request the amounts a second time, the first set become void and cannot be entered.
This can cause issues if you have requested a second set say 4 days after the first set, then later that day you see a set on your bank statement, you try to enter that set but they are wrong and you will have to wait a further few days for the second set to arrive.
I hope this helps, and here is the number if you need to call to get your bank account re-enabled in order to add it back on to your PayPal account.
