Unclosed Disputes being reviewed by paypal.

I have had 2 disputes which i have gave the money back and it is still marked as "being reviewed by paypal" it has been  like 3 weeks. If some paypal staff reads this can u please fix this? I have already given my money back and i can still see the disputes open.

Welcome to the Community!

I am unable to see your account but if you contact customer services directly, we will be able to investigate it further for you.  If we can see that the cases are still open, we will be able to get the cases closed on your behalf.

You can contact customer services directly by clicking the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the Call Us or Email Us options.

Please let me know how it goes.

But when i send an email i always get automatic responses to webpages which might help me.

What can i do?
