I've just moved to Germany and needs to set up a new paypal for my German bank account - and the problem lies in the verification of the bank account itself. I've requested the verification code to be sent via small deposits to my bank account twice now, and none of it is appearing on the statement at all. I'm currently with Deutsche Bank.
