Hello
I have been trying to add a bank account to my paypal for about 5 days now and it always displays the same error message:
"Add a Bank Account in the United States Error Message
We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."
No other paypal is associated with this account, and I honetly have no idea what could be wrong, I have contacted the bank and they also state that no attempt has been made via paypal to verify the account.
How can i fix this?
