I came to the point where my account is limited. The phone confirmation of address has failed and Paypal informed to send the letter to Validate my account information by post. It base been months and I have not receive the letter. I have sent several emails to Paypal but never got response. Has anybody experienced this? Any advise to resolve this problem.
I desperately seeking help on this as this issue has been on and on. Thank you in advance for any input given. Cheers! Josh
