I have had my account limited for over 7 days . I keep getting the Same generic emails stating that your account in under review and when I call they say it's in a queue. It's going to be 8 days tomorrow and I feel I'm going round in circles. The woman on the phone even said to me if they need anymore info they will contact you. I mean I've given them everything. I'm not sure what to do and how to get things to change. Has anyone been in this situation ?

From what i have heard its not a quick process and you just have to give them some time.

 

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
