Hey, been using paypal for the past month, i have a negative balance which i resolved yesterday and the money has been removed twice from my bank account, but it still says my paypal account is in negative balance, is there any way i can send one of the payments back to my bank account? im in 23pounds negative but its been taken out twice from my bank,
It sounds like you initiated to add funds to recover your negative balance and we also requested the funds from your bank to recover the funds. Once both payments clear to your PayPal account the extra payment will be credited to your PayPal account.
You can then click on the withdraw funds tab on your account overview page and withdraw them back to your PayPal account.
Hey Ryan, at this time UK accounts cannot resolve negative balances with their card. You will need to add funds from your bank account direct debit, or wait until funds clear in to your PayPal negative balance.
hi i've put the 26.50 into my paypal account almost a week ago and its supposed to be resolved but it isnt this is quite annoying as i have some items i need to order for my cousins birthday and i can only get them through paypal transfer
Hi, the adding of funds from a bank current account up to PayPal balance can take 5-7 working days; this roughly translates as 10 days in total. Once cleared it should restore your balance to 0.00GBP at least. If it has already been a week, then please allow another day or so.
