Re difficulty in making paymentS

Having trouble acessing a/c. Keeps saying my bank account is already with another account . And cannot remember the details or password of the other account. If that account is still in existence, is there anyway you can close it so that l can use my current bank details to pay for items in ebay.   thanks   cudoh

If you contact us directly via the contact us link we will be able to assist you further. We can run a search on your bank account details and help you access the old account so you can remove it off.
