Proving my business registration no. has been "In progress" for months

Hi,

There is just one more piece of proof that needs to be verified to lift the £1,900 limit on my business account: "Provide business registration number." I uploaded a scan of our Certificate of Incorporation in November 2010. It then had an "In progress" icon next to it. The icon didn't change to "complete", so I uploaded the scan again in December. Still "in progress. I uploaded the scan again this week. It is still "In progress".

Why is this not being taken care of?

If I have to chase this up with a phone call, please can you provide me with the most appropriate customer service number?

I've had the in progress icon for a little while too now - it'd be great if you could update here with any progress or info and I'll do the same.

FYI, I gave Paypal a call at the weekend, and before I even really said anything, the guy on the other end noticed that the only verification step outstanding was my company number document and that it was sent a while ago, so he prioritised my account and said it'd be dealt with within 4 days.

And on day 4, I received an email saying that all was fine and the limit has been removed. Really pleased with how it was dealt with.
