How many times do I have to tell you we are a partnership and do not have a business registration no.In the meantime you are holding our money?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing on your account recently. If you don't have any documentation showing that your business is a registered partnership, you may be required to change your business type to a sole trader in order to use PayPal.

 

If you are still experiencing difficulties with your account, I would advise you to reach out to our customer service team so that we can assist you further. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' or 'Email Us' option to contact our customer service team directly.
