Problems confirming bank account

I've spent the past 4/5 days trying to confirm my bank account. I NEVER receive a code to complete the process. I spent over an hour in my bank yesterday speaking to several members of staff- one of whom even rang their own helpline and nobody could tell me why this is happening.

If I cannot confrm my account,  cannot withdraw funds from PayPal into my account which for me would be such a problem I'd need to switch banks. Has anybody else had this problem? Does anybody know how I can solve it?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting. 

 

The bank confirmation process is used to confirm your account but also to set up your bank account to make payments. As long as you bank has been added to your account and the details are correct you can use it to withdraw money.

 

If you are still having difficulty locating your code you can remove the bank from your account and add it back on again like this https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ2247/1 . That will send you out a new code.
