Problem with purchasing - neg balance and echeque

Hi well i got my paypal into negative but now I fixed that problem when i try to buy on ebay now the only option i get is Echeque when before i used to be able to use instant bank transfer and pay straight away? whats happened? anyone clear this up and help as i dont want to use echeque ?

Normally when you pay a seller it is never instant > paypal credit the seller for you and then wait for your funds to process to paypal to reimburse themselves.

However if you have had a negative balance on your account paypal may not take the risk of crediting the seller for you and will in future wait for your funds to process to paypal before crediting the seller ie an echeque.

Will i be able to get the bank transfer option again after a while or will it never reshow after having negative balance
