Open Dispute: Negative balance issue

I've recently had issues with a person who had purchased two accounts on a social website from me about two months ago, back in February. They received the accounts after purchasing them and have since resold them, and a couple of days ago, after a considerable period of time, have applied for a 'non-authorised payment' dispute claim on my account.

This is a massive isse. I'm in the negative balance on Paypal and am down by around £50, so am panicking. I'm worried that despite providing logs and evidence that they were sending me messages on the accounts I had given them, as well as confirming they would be sending me money.

I can't add funds as I don't have £50 to add into my account, and I rely on small payments of around £20-40 a week from friends/customers that I withdraw to my card and use for everyday items. It's unlikely I'll get a response for a long time, by which I'll have struggled considerably. I don't see much support for buyers in previous cases so this is pretty scary. Is there any way in which I can hurry along the process? I'm not sure whether Customer Services can do much.
