Also having the same problem for a week now, the frustration for me is I only logged in originally to close the account to pass over to a new treasurer of our club and now they are making me jump through all manner of hoops and their resolution system doesn't even work, I managed to contact Paypal help, but they've just responded with a standard e-mail asking me to upload documents to remove limits on my account! (which is what I was asking for help for in the first place), my 2 files are only 1.2Mb and 120k, so really small and well below the (already low) 9.9Mb limit, I've tried on 3 different computers with 2 different browsers on each with no success, they won't let me close my account without this info, what actually happens when the time limit expires? The account has operated for 2 years with no problems up until now but I'm getting really angry with this

Ok, I just reduced the size of the larger file down to 400k (making it really low res in the process) and it uploads now, seems there might be a size limit on individual files that they helpfully don't tell you...

Yes. i just figured it out. You have to reduce the file sizes to fairly small. You can actually do this in paint. Just select all, then drag one corner in until it is much smaller, then crop it to get rid of the white.

It says no bigger than 5mb size. I have pics that are file size 1mb an it still won't work
