Permanently Limited

I have had my PayPal account permanently limited and been accused of selling counterfeit / copies of Ralph Lauren clothing on eBay - this is simply not true as I have the original receipts from the Ralph Lauren store !  

What can I do as I really need PayPal ?

I was contacted today and uploaded images of the receipts for the items in question at PayPal request. They say they will respond within 2 working days. I have to say I am still stunned at being permanently limited as the items in question are clearly legitimate, I'm just thankful I have the receipts still.
