It seems that Paypal Exchange rate is always Lower or less favourable than your Bank or other Exchange Rate estimation from other Providers. Where can you VIEW THE Paypal actual Exchange Rate, when you Log in to your Paypal Account,at anytime? So, you can COMPARE Paypal Exchange Rate to Your own Bank rate, and choose the better offered Rate between either platform, before you carry out you Intended Transactions ?
