Where can you VIEW THE Paypal actual Exchange Rate, when you Log in to your Paypal Account,at anytime? So, you can COMPARE Paypal Exchange Rate to Your own Bank rate, and choose the better offered Rate betweeneitherplatform,before you carry out you Intended Transactions ?
