Hey guys, I just made my new PayPal and I am already having trouble using my account. I am trying to send money to my friend, but whenever I try and send him the money, I get stopped and this message pops up on my screen: "
We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
Does anyone know how to fix this? I do not know what to do, but I really need to use my PayPal as soon as possible. Thanks! 🙂
