New account limits and pending payment to my bank account

Hi guys,

I had a paypal account for years, now I have started a business instead of using my old account I opened a new one a few days ago. I have sent all documents required to complete verification, obviously as normal this takes an age to do so im waiting for the limits to be lifted within the next 24 years, To pay for a stock order, because I couldnt send payment through my bank account, that was verified, I had to make payment by my debit card. now heres the problem, because I put money into paypal from my bank account and then tried to transfer it back to the same bank account again, the payment is now pending. Now the reason why I want to scream and go mad, is the money currently being held in my paypal account is very important, and if I dont get it back into my account by tomorrow I will receive huge charges from my bank, now this is not my problem its paypals fault so if I get any charges I will be ensuring paypal pays them. When I called paypal, again obviously this proved to be as about as useful as a chocolate teapot, I was told first that the payment was held because I'am unverified, however the only thing paypal havent confirmed is my company certificate (which Ive sent three times), then I was told it was anti laundering measures, fair enough, but who would launder money from the same account? Im unable to make the payment through my bank account in paypal so I have to transfer it back again to the same account to make the god damm card payment. PAYPAL COME ON MAN

Sorry but this does not seem to make sense.

1.

To pay for a stock order, because I couldnt send payment through my bank account, that was verified,

Why could you not send payment via a verified bank account??

2.

I had to make payment by my debit card. now heres the problem, because I put money into paypal from my bank account and then tried to transfer it back to the same bank account again, the payment is now pending.

???What? You are saying you could not use your bank account so you were using a debit card and then you are putting money into your paypal account and withdrawing it again......why?? And what has that got to do with paying for stock from your debit card.

Ok so to clarify...

1: I wanted to send a payment to buy some stock

2: It is a new account, and my bank account is verified

3: So first I tried to send the money and use my bank account as the method, but that was not available as an option, only debit card

4: becuase that method failed I made a payment into my paypal from my bank account to send the payment and use my paypal balance, which wasnt an option either, still only debit card

5: Because that method also failed my only option was to use my debit card, but to do that I had to transfer the money in my paypal account that I had transferred earlier, back into my bank account so I could use my debit card

6) as soon as I made the withdrawal back to my bank account the payment was frozen with the status of pending

I hope that clarifies things for you

Thats better, its my day off from work and brain is still addled.

When you transfer a payment from your paypal account to your bank account its pending until paypal have processed the payment and sent it to your bank account.

Sometimes if there is "unusual activity" they hold the payment for a security review but normally they state this in an email or an online message.

Why not give customer services a call to clarify what is happening, its a free phone number from most landlines.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
