My limited account doesn't review after 3 days without any feedback!

Hi my PayPal account limited on Apr22, and I sent requested docs on a few mins after limitation, but after 3 days I get just one message: Screen Shot 2017-04-25 at 9.02.12 PM.png

 

 

 

I trying to send message to PayPal from `Message Centere` but I just received Auto-Reply !!! 

Why I must experience this bad supporting? After 3 days I can't see any feedback from PayPal?!

Thanks for your suggestion, But why ?! Why i must calling to PayPal?! I'm busy with my bussines, I sent all of require docs and after 3 days I must caliing and request for reviewing my account maybe from another Auto Answering tel machine on phone?

Is it PayPal supporting ?!
