Hi someone has claimed they didnt recieve an item and opened a case, paypal then decided to tke the money out my account and im now -£17.78 and cant pay for purchases on ebay. How can i ay off the money? when i go to my purches it adds it all up and gives me total... then when i click confirm it always says error ?
1. Click on add funds in your PayPal account and transfer that amount from your bank account.
2. If you have a mate or family member who can send the funds from their PayPal account to yours. Just make sure that they use the family / friends option and fund it via bank transfer and not a card so they don't pay a fee.
3. Phone customer services and clear it via a payment from a card over the phone.
