Hi someone has claimed they didnt recieve an item and opened a case, paypal then decided to tke the money out my account and im now -£17.78 and cant pay for purchases on ebay. How can i ay off the money? when i go to my purches it adds it all up and gives me total... then when i click confirm it always says error ? thanks
