HELP! i must write in community here because not see any response from Customer Service after 3 emails complain!!
Hi Paypal Mods and community!
I am very disaporinted, My account used since 4 years, verrified with local bank, verify with visa card and i used account to get money from online working ( i'm freelancer ) . 4 weeks ago i got an email from Paypal service say that i must provide persontal information and upload proof image of that . Email keep warning me everywhen i make purschase orsend money to my friend so i decided to go to the link in email.
Email force me to Paypal Dashbroad page, with a form. I filled full information and upload 2 image to verify that my info is true 100%. Site say will resonse me in 2 ~ 3 bussiness day, and it keep saying that IN 4 WEEEKS!
Now it still say that when i return , my account still limited, i cannot use paypal to purschase or send money, and i am having 800$ on it. 3 emails sent and no response, this is very very disaporint!!!
where our staff customer service? at least must be have any one response me that my case taken care by Paypal, but nothing.
i'm living in Vietnam and very very hard for me to talking phone call because i weak in listening and talking , writing is ok.
I need money to live and for family everyweek, now i lost 1 month salary and can do nothing. Please help!!
please contact me if you are Paypal supporter or anyone can have permission to take care my case.

Hi, I am having the exact same problem. I sent all the requested documents more than a month ago, and now they limited my account and I cannot use it. Customer service asked me to upload the documents again, but I cannot do that, there is no option to upload the documents again, I need this money, it's all my income.

Thank you very much, I tried writing to https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK, but it gets redirected to https://www.facebook.com/PayPalSinFronteras, probably because I am in latin america. Anyway, I wrote them a week ago and haven't had an answer yet. Thanks in advance. At least someone is reading
